You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns are free within Australia—no restocking fees, no return shipping charges.

Please try your rug or rug pad on a clean, dry surface and avoid cutting or trimming until you’re sure you’ll keep it. Items altered after delivery (e.g., cut to size) can’t be returned.
